I have been inspired by mybrainsblog this last month. She is a mighty woman who undertook a 30-day blog challenge to write a blog post every day for thirty days. For those of you not in the know, these types of blog challenges have a list of prompts to be followed for each day of the month. Mybrainsblog created her own list of great prompts, but not all of them quite fit my style, so, like her, I’m creating my own prompts to complete a 30-day challenge for the month of April.

  1. What, why, and where do you write?
  2. List 20 interesting facts about you.
  3. What is somewhere you would like to visit and why. (Think dream vacation)
  4. Write about your relationship with your parents.
  5. Describe three legitimate fears you have and why you have them.
  6. Write a letter to your younger self.
  7. List 2 songs each that you listen to when you’re sad, happy, and angry.
  8. What is your earliest memory?
  9. What are five weaknesses you have? Five strengths you have?
  10. Who is someone who fascinates you and why?
  11. Describe what’s in your bag.
  12. What is your current relationship like? (Or, what’s single life like?)
  13. List something/someone that you miss.
  14. Where would you like to be in 10 years?
  15. Describe your happy place.
  16. Write about the worst injury you ever had.
  17. What is your Hogwarts house and does it effect your personality?
  18. What were your favorite childhood toys?
  19. What book could you read over and over again?
  20. Who would you invite, living or dead, to a dinner party? You have five invitations.
  21. What is one of your favorite TV shows and why?
  22. What is a goal you have in life?
  23. List seven things that you think about a lot.
  24. What are three things that make you sad? that make you happy?
  25. What is your biggest regret?
  26. What changes are occurring in your life right now?
  27. Write about your beliefs and their affect on your life.
  28. What are your five biggest accomplishments?
  29. Write about something you don’t understand.
  30. Write a reflection about the last month.

Some of these points are from others’ 30-day challenges, and some I came up with on my own. I might still post other things during the challenges (inspiration can hit any day, you know!), but I will primarily be focusing on these. If anyone is interested in joining me for the entire challenge or for one or two posts along the way, you’re welcome to! 🙂

Well, here we go. Challenge, accepted!
